Who should use this form?
Any 200m member who wishes to permanently delete their account and associated data can follow the steps below. The form is handled by the 200m Support team.
Steps to request deletion
- Open the 200m Account Deletion Request Form.
- Sign in with the email address connected to your 200m profile.
- Fill in the requested details so we can verify ownership of the account.
- Submit the form. You will receive an email confirmation from the 200m Support team within 48 hours.
If you are unable to access the form, email us at privacy@200m.app with the subject line “200m Account Deletion Request”.
What happens after you submit the request?
Once we verify your request, we will delete the following information within seven (7) days:
- Profile details (name, bio, photos, gender)
- Real-time location history
- Messages and interactions with other members
We keep minimal transaction or legal compliance records (such as fraud reports) for up to 90 days as required by law and then permanently delete them. These records are never used to run the service.
